The Nebraska State Emergency Operation Center (SEOC) was opened Wednesday, March 13, to address the record-setting flooding for much of the state. For the Lady Bulldogs, Jodie Schumacher was named to the all-conference team while Cami Thompson and Mikenna Curlee were named honorable mention. Three Sidney wrestlers competed at the AAU state meet last weekend in Kearney, and two of them earned berths to the AAU Disney duals this summer. Trey Arellano and Derek Robb won their respective weight classes and will compete at the AAU Disney Duals June 11-17 in Orlando, Fla. Tristan Ahrendt also competed in the AAU state meet.
