Judge Randin Roland, via conference call, on allegations stemming from a recent spate of vandalism and burglary in Sidney. On Thursday, January 4, another boy, age 13, appeared before Hon. LINCOLN- A new report prepared by the Innovation Group out of New Orleans has determined that Nebraska needs no additional horse tracks beyond those that already licensed. You may have seen the two new Ford Pickups purchased by the Sidney Police Department last year driving around town, as they have finally arrived after nearly a year of delays. Supply chain disruptions and other issues had delayed the delivery of the two new vehicles, but they are now here in Sidney and on patrol.
