    Average retail gasoline prices in Nebraska have fallen 5.2 cents per gallon in the past week, averaging $1.99 per gallon yesterday, according to GasBuddy’s daily survey of 1,150 gas outlets in Nebraska. This compares with the national average that has fallen 1.7 cents per gallon in the last week to $2.01 per gallon, according to gasoline price website GasBuddy.com.     The Sidney Area APA pool leagues are now accepting team registrations for the upcoming session. Registration deadline is Wednesday, Dec. 23. Play begins in January and runs through May. As an added bonus, teams that have four players not currently playing in the APA will receive their choice of a $100 credit to use towards dues or APA T-shirts for everyone on the team.     Dog tags for 2016 in the City of Sidney are now available and being issued to pet owners. The tags are available at the Sidney Police Department, located at 1715 Illinois Street.
