    Sidney's Alex Linneman was a double event winner to help lead the Raiders to a second place finish Saturday when they hosted the Sidney Invitational at Weymouth Field.     A number of road projects are either under way or set to begin in the next week as the Nebraska Department of Roads repairs and replaces highways throughout the area.     Sidney junior Derek Robb re-wrote the record books on both the school and state level with four wins, all by pin, at the Nebraska State Wrestling Tournament over the weekend.
