  • Fatal accident on Interstate 80

    Christopher Maas, 26, of Potter died in a collision when his 2014 Chevy Silverado pickup truck was heading east of Kimball on Interstate 80 Friday morning. The pickup truck collided with the rear of a semi-trailer that was parked along the shoulder of the road near mile marker 29 on I-80. The driver of the semi, Kathy Brock, 49, of Irvine, Calif., was transported to the Kimball hospital for treatment and did not have life threatening injuries.
