    More than 300 community members worked together this weekend to pick up trash throughout town in efforts to keep Sidney beautiful. On May 2, Keep Sidney Beautiful held its annual Great Trash Race. The ten participating teams pitched in to collect as much garbage and recyclables as possible.     Local students from Sidney High School competed at the annual District Music Contest last week with instrumental and vocal performances at the Western Nebraska Community College Scottsbluff campus.
