Cheyenne County Board of Commissioners held a special meeting Monday to discuss the Pavilion Building at the fairgrounds and the 2016-2017 Cheyenne County Budget. A road activity update was presented by County Highway Superintendent Doug Hart at Monday’s regular Cheyenne County Board of Commissioners meeting. In the meeting Hart discussed future plans to repave the asphalt pad located at the fairgrounds. The pad is primarily used by the Oktoberfest committee for its annual event.
