The following people appeared in Cheyenne County Court on Monday, July 14, before the Honorable Randin Roland:
Gary Vannatter Jr., age 25 of Sidney, appeared for a pre-trial conference on a charge of DUI 1st Offense and Chem Test Refusal. Both are class W misdemeanors. He asked for a continuance to Aug. 11. A jury trial is set for Sept. 5.
Jamie Holtz, age 27 of Sidney, appeared for a pre-trial conference on a charge of DUI-D 1st 2nd Offense, a class W misdemeanor. A pre-trial conference has been scheduled for July 28.
Michael Anderson, age 21 of Sidney, appeared for entry of plea on a charge of DUI-Drugs 1st Offense, a class W misdemeanor. He appeared with counsel. He pled guilty and received six months probation and fines totaling $800.
Brandon Chaon, age 36 of Sidney, appeared for arraignment on a charge of DUI 1st High Test, a class W misdemeanor. He appeared with counsel. His pre-trial conference is set for Sept. 8.
Adrian Young, age 33 of Sidney, appeared for a pre-trial conference on a charge of DUI 1st and Leaving the Scene of an Accident. These are class W and II misdemeanors, respectively. A pre-trial conference has been set for Sept. 8.
Joseph Morin, age 20 of Sidney, appeared for arraignment on a charge of Theft, a class I misdemeanor. He requested counsel. Entry of plea is set for July 28.
Billy Langley, age 56 of Sidney, appeared for arraignment on a charge of DUI 2nd High Test, a class W misdemeanor. He requested counsel. Entry of plea is set for July 28.
Rachel Jacobs, age 26 of Sidney, appeared for arraignment on a charge of DUI 2nd Offense, a class W misdemeanor. She requested counsel. Entry of plea is set for July 28.
Sally Stuart, age 40 of Sidney, appeared for arraignment on a charge of DUI 1st Offense, a class W misdemeanor. She requested counsel. Entry of plea is set for July 28.
The following person appeared in Cheyenne County Court on Tuesday, July 15, before the Honorable Randin Roland:
Colten Goetting, age 21 of Kimball, appeared for presentment on charges of Strangulation, Terroristic Threats and Criminal Mischief. All are class IV felonies. He was not sure about counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for July 24 at 2:30 p.m.
